We Remember
GANCZAR, Terri Lee (née Rogerson)
April 6, 1950 — May 22, 2026
The family of Terri Lee Ganczar is profoundly saddened to announce her passing at the age of 76 years, after a lengthy battle with cancer.
Left to mourn her passing is her devoted husband of 50 years, Ron; son Brent and his wife Lindsey; granddaughters Stella and Nova; as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family. Terri was blessed to have a tremendous network of close friends throughout her life, all of whom will miss her dearly.
Born to Edward and Dorothy Rogerson, Terri was raised in Winnipeg. She worked as a Registered Nurse for the better part of four decades. Her gentle, caring nature will be remembered by all.
Terri and Ron especially loved to host all those lucky enough to visit their beautiful home. Terri always looked forward to hot summer days at Lake of the Woods, Ontario, or boating on Okanagan Lake. Any time at the lake or cottage is where mom was truly in her element. Between 2006 and 2020, Terri and Ron spent their winters in Yuma, Arizona where they made several key friendships.
A private gathering will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kelowna Hospice House or Brookhaven Care Centre.

“What a gift Terri was in my life.” “I so appreciate her love of her family, friends, her cottage and time in nature on the water. I have so many wonderful memories of times spent together at Lake of the Woods, in West Kelowna, Peachland & on Okanagan Lake. I will miss her sense of humour, her great laugh & our many long “girl” talks sharing life’s experiences. Terri is finally at rest in the arms of our Heavenly Father. May His peace bring solace to your sorrows.
Ron, Brent & Family
