Born July 14, 1924 in Yaworiw, Poland and passed away on January 11, 2014 in Kelowna, BC. Survived by her loving family, daughter Lesley Scott of Calgary, AB, sons: Gary Dowhaniuk of Edmonton, AB and Rod (Roxanne) Gibbings of Kelowna, BC,; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren and brother Walter (Stella) Baydala of Edmonton, AB. Predeceased by her husband Charles in 2009. There will be a private family gathering at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Goldeye Centre, Box 26, Nordegg, AB, T0M 2H0.
