My cousin Mildred was a woman of substance genuinely caring for and helping others, a staple at the Canadian Legion, where she volunteered for many years. My parents, she & many other relatives, enjoyed many a Sunday morning, enjoying the Gillies pancake breakfast on Sunday mornings on summer days.
Admired & Loved by all. A mentor to me & my children & close friend to my late husband Gordon.
I am so happy to have had her in my life, as a cousin & close friend for all of these years.
She always liked to travel & discover new parts of the world … now “my dear one” you are off on another adventure!
You will always be in our hearts & will be missed, but never forgotten!!
Cheers!
Condolences to the family – Nick Rusnick
