Girardin, Pat
— January 1, 1970
Passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2011 at the age of 69. Survived by his loving wife Camille of 47 years, daughters: Tina Kenzie (David) of Kelowna, Kim (Chris) Driussi of Maple Ridge; grandchildren: Nicholas Kenzie and Chloe Driussi; brothers: Ron (Diane), Gerald (Mary), Jean Paul (Joyce), Tony (Ruth), Lomer (Bonnie), Denis (Irene); sisters: Pauline (Leonard) Fehr, Gisele (Xavier) Jacob and a large extended family. Sadly predeceased by his parents. Pat “Chi Chi” will be missed by all who knew him especially his golfing buddies. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011 from 1- 3:00 pm at Sunrise Village Rec Hall, 1255 Raymer Road, Kelowna, BC. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Central Okanagan Hospice Association – Hospice House, 2035 Ethel Street, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 2Z6 or Canadian Cancer Society, 202-1835 Gordon Ave., Kelowna, BC V1Y 3H5. I was very sorry to have heard about Pat’s disease some months ago and now very sad that he has passed away so quickly.I am glad for having had a couple of opportunities to talk to him over the phone. I am so sorry for your loss and want to let you know you remain in my thoughts. Would like to extend my condolences to your children, your family, and to all the Girardin brothers and sisters. Camille, it was a beautiful celebration for Pat on Saturday. We loved seeing the family again and having the chance to catch up on life. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
