She was still sending me birthday wishes this year. She was a great lady and was one of the best neighbors we had growing up in Neepawa. We are going to miss you, thanks for all the memories. I am very thankfull I was able to visit her recently. GOD BLESS YOU.

I am very sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing. I feel so privileged to have gotten to know her while she still lived in Neepawa…she and my Mom, Margaret Gal, were “soul sisters” and really enjoyed each other’s company. We all missed your Mom after she moved but we kept in touch with the occasional email and phone call. She was indeed a very special lady.

  • Sandra Simourd Stewart says:

Our deepest sympathy – a mother holds a very special place in all our hearts & leaves us with incredible memories & a profound sadness . May you all heal as you Mom would have wanted & go forward to continue to be the people she was most proud of.

  • Lynn & Jake Birch & Family says:

We enjoyed having your Mom and Dad as neighbors. Trisha our youngest daughter would always watch for your Dad to come home, she would then run out and say hi Mr. “Handsome” your Dad just loved that. Your Mom was so good to Trisha, when she was having trouble reading and with her Math at school, your Mom was eager to help her. Leila hosted many little tea parties for Trisha and her friends Robyn and Heather. Your Mom was beautiful inside and out. She could mow her lawn all dressed up in a skirt and not ever get mussed up. We missed her when she moved away. Condolences to you all. Jake, Lynn, Kelli, Teri & Trisha.

  • Daniel O'Sullivan says:

Our deepest sympathy from the O’Sullivan’s family.
