    Dear Joyce, Carol & families,

my deepest thoughts for you all after losing someone we all loved…I am sadly going to miss our frequent visits where we discussed local history, country music and the newest nicknames of locals provided by Ron…Thank goodness for the vivid memories and photos of happier times, it does help…sometimes when we were complaining of the high cost of living, I would say I’m sure glad in having a “rich uncle”…and the suggestion of being a “favourite nephew” is a very special compliment…

  • Anne and Stan says:

We are in Paris and shocked to hear about Charlie’s passing. He and Johnny were the best neighbours we could have ever had. He will be missed so much, chatting over the fence, a wave as we went up the road and the 40 years of memories. We sent our sympathies to all the family.
