HILL, Don
—
Don passed away suddenly on March 27, 2019 at the age of 84. He is survived by his loving wife Betty Hill; sons Gordon (Christine) of Scotland, David (Tracy), Wrae (Marg) and Roger (Jodi) of Tasmania; many grandchildren; sister Dorean Hill; and sister-in-law Iris Hill.
Don spent many years as a dedicated teacher and guidance counsellor at QECVI High School in Kingston, Ontario. Don enjoyed his years up at the lake in Bancroft, Ontario, and enjoyed curling and golf with his friends in Kelowna. Don will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the Clubhouse at Sun Village, 2330 Butt Road, West Kelowna. Should family and friends so desire, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, www.heartandstroke.ca.

Very sorry to hear the news of our golf pal Don. Don was a faithful supporter of our Monday Morning Golf Club at Orchard Greens and will be sadly missed.

Britt and I are so very saddened by Uncle Dons passing. Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
It was a pleasure meeting and curling with Don. He was always smiling and totally enjoyed his time at the curling club. He will be missed by his many friends in the Kelowna Seniors Curling club.

Dear Betty I was sad to read in the Kingston Whig Standard of Don’s death. I truly hope he didn’t have to suffer. Remembering many good times we had in the past, Sorry we lost touch over the years.
