What sad news. He was such a gentleman and friend. I could always count on him to ask me to dance, even though I wasn’t good at it. There will be dancing in Heaven Bill so kick up your heels. Thanks for sweet memories.

  • Michelle Colley (nee Rayburn) says:

Visiting Grandpa Bill as a child was always a highlight for me, as we would tour the garden with Grandma and feed the chickens. We always joked that he got his big belly from swallowing rocks, and he’d let me punch him to prove it, until the time I caught him off guard! Our family parted ways, but I will remember the kindness and love I received and send the same to those remaining.

Last Memory was celebrating his 80 or 85th Birthday. Took Mom (Donna) to see him. Had a good visit.
