Fred will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He had the bluest sparkling eyes that shone a beautiful light. Fred was always up for an adventure and lived life to the fullest. He had a kind and generous heart and always spoke the truth and his mind. Fred was a hard-working farmer until he retired at the age of 69, to the bright lights of Kelowna, BC. In Kelowna, Fred made many new and wonderful friends and never missed a dance, a card game, a good glass of Scotch or an afternoon at the Casino. He was a wonderful friend, partner, father, grandfather, great grandfather and uncle. He will be missed. We all love you dearly Fred (Dad) and know you are kicking up your heels to a Polka in Heaven.
A celebration of Fred’s life will be held at a further date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to KT2 Bursary – School District #33 ( children and or family members with any muscular disorder). Please send donations to Jackie Turner, 5664 Villa Rosa Place, Chilliwack, BC V2R 3K6 . Tax receipts issued from the school district for donations over $25.00.
