Dear Barb & Lois
We were so saddened to hear of Phil’s passing. As neighours in Dawson Creek we still fondly recall the home-made ice-cream,showing the children your farm animals, Phil,s help when things went wrong with our “water system”. Phil was a true gentleman and showed understanding and kindness to all.

Dear Kitzul family,
It is so nice to hear from you and thank you for your kind words about dad. He will be greatly missed.
Dear Barb and Lois,
We’re so very sorry to hear of Phil’s passing. We remember being your neighbours in Arras. Phil was always such a quiet, kind man. We recall the great care he took of the T-Bird! Our thoughts are with you.
Thank you. If you are ever in the Okanagan please give us a call.
