To my second Dad ( Big Bill)
I wish to say how much I miss you I miss the way you would say OO Didi you’re a tuff girl or Didi your OK you know! or my favorite awe Poor Didi and you would laugh that big deep laugh of yours and pat me on the back.
I am not sure if everyone understands just how close our families were we were like a blended family as Bill you were my father’s best friend and Norma my mother’s best friend from the time you all were very young and I know in my heart you’re all together and best friends once again. Bill you were a very large part of my childhood and life memories, you were like having a second father which was not all ways appreciated as a child having to grow up with four parent figures watching your every move but I would not trade that experience now for anything! And Cheryl you have always been my sister we had some great time and fights just like sister do growing up and Billy I remember you as a baby and I even helped out in your kindergarten class you also were just like having another little brother that was annoying at times, like little brothers are, your father loved you both very much and Cheryle’s son Jessie the first grandchild Bill adored him and Bills sister, Patti, she was always there for Bill whenever he needed her and she also was in my life growing up she is one of the strongest lady’s I have had the pleasure of having in my life. I know we are all heartbroken at this time and will miss Bill but take comfort in knowing that Bill will never be gone from our memory’s and always remember the good times and that laugh and the time you spent with him, also remember as long as someone is telling a story of Bill or speaking Bills name that he will truly be with us in spirit and memory.
I would like to share this picture of Bill and Cheryl and my sister Susan as you can see by the big smile on my face ( I am the one in the middle), just how happy I was to have Bill in my life. I miss you very much and my heart is broken with knowing my last parent has now left this world; however, I take comfort in knowing we will all be together one day wherever that may be.
Bill, I will remember and speak of you often until then your other daughter Didi.
And if you’re truly listening here is something for you to have a good laugh about! Once we are all together again could everyone call me DIANE! Until then Love you and miss you, Bill
My love goes out to all the family. There is nothing more sad than losing a father, brother, grandpa, uncle or friend. Uncle Billy had a gruff exterior but had the kindest and caring heart! I remember the time Uncle Billy came to visit mom. He couldn’t do enough for his older sister Lynn, he was so concerned about her but as we know both being Kittles one knew better than the other how things should be done. Mom talked about it for years how Uncle Billy thought she should be doing things his way, she did take some of his advice though. He loved to entertain and have family and friends around. Uncle Billy will always have a spot in my heart that will be there forever! You are free of all pain and struggle now Uncle Billy and you are with Aunt Norma, your mom and dad, sister and brothers and all your family in heaven. My heart and love go out to Cheryl and Bill and all his family that will miss him so dearly. Soar with the Angel’s Uncle Billy, you will be missed by many!
Cheryl, Jesse, Billy, Patti and family, my heart goes out to you all and iam so sorry for your loss. Bill was truly one of a kind and always brought a smile to my face.
All my love, Copper Dawn
