We Remember
LAMBERT, Sherry Elizabeth
September 20, 1959 — December 10, 2024
It is with deep sorrow we announce that Sherry Lambert passed away on December 10, 2024, in Kelowna, BC.
Born to William and Ellanora Reimer on September 20, 1959, Sherry was the cherished only daughter, with three beloved brothers.
Sherry’s biggest gift was her loving heart. She had an infectious smile that could light up any room, and her great sense of humor was one of the many qualities that drew people to her. Whether she was painting vibrant works of art, sharing in the joys of gaming with her son, or FaceTiming with her grandchildren, Sherry’s love for life was boundless.
Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her greatest treasures, and she never wanted to miss a moment of their lives. She was always present at their sports events, activities, and milestones, proudly cheering them on. Sherry also found joy in the simple pleasures, including camping, fishing, and being surrounded by her loved ones.
A true giver, Sherry delighted in sharing thoughtful gifts and making others feel loved and appreciated. She had an extraordinary ability to make people feel special, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Sherry leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and joy. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever. She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Doug; children Stephanie and Christopher (Janessa); stepson Ryan (Brittney); grandchildren Mahalia, Dru, Kisean, Alex, and Grayson, Jadyn, Tristen, Mikayla, Malix, Kylahn, and Parker; great-grandchildren Kaiden and Ellanora; her brother Ken; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents William and Ellanora, and two of her brothers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
Sherry will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and the indelible mark she left on those lucky enough to have known her.

I am sending my condolences to Sherry’s family. I used to be married to Sherry’s brother, but I’ve always considered her a sister regardless she was a wonderful lady a wonderful grandmother that wish she could spend more time with her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. I’m so pleased. She got to meet the last one Sherry my dear I am going to miss you so much. You’re a good always be in my heart and my soul. I know you’re up there now in heaven with granny and Papa Clifford, and Gary, I love you sweetheart and I’ll see you when I get there. Love you always Cindy .
Grief is the last act of love we have to give to those we lover. Where there is deep grief, there was great love.
The loss of a family member leaves a void that cannot be filled, but leaves a memory that no one can steel.
People rush to get rid of grief because they see it as hanging onto loss. But grief is really hanging onto love – which is why you always feel it.
You will forever be loved and missed.
Rest in Peace Always.
Love
Jacqueline
My deepest condolences on the loss of Sherry. She was a wonderful person. I have many fond memories of fun visits, both at our farm or at Uncle Bill and Auntie Ella’s house. We kept in touch over the years, and I was always happy to get a letter or in the last few years, a message on FB from her. Life takes us in many directions, but I am glad Sherry and I always managed to keep in touch. She will be missed deeply.
“There are things
we don’t want
to happen, but have
to accept, things we
don’t want to know, but
have to learn, and
people we can’t live
without, but have to
let go.” Love you all miss you
My condolences to the family and friends.
Sherry’s memories and spirit will live on in our hearts always.
Dave and family.
