We Remember

LARENT, Noreen Megan

November 10, 1983 — April 29, 2025

With aching hearts and immeasurable love, we announce the passing of our dearest Noreen Megan Larent, 41, who left this world too soon. Her spirit, however, remains with us—woven into the lives she so deeply touched, and the family she cherished above all.

Noreen’s greatest joy—her life’s most sacred purpose—was being a mother. She was the proud and devoted mom of her beloved son, Zyaire, and the loving bonus mom to Liam and Lewis, whom she welcomed and loved with her whole heart. Nothing made her happier than being their Mom. She poured her soul into motherhood—fierce in her love, gentle in her care, and unwavering in her presence.

She shared a deep and beautiful life with her husband, Trevor, her true partner and constant love. Their connection was full of warmth, humour, and respect—a partnership grounded in love and built on everyday moments of joy and support.

At the center of Noreen’s heart was her mother, also named Noreen—her best friend, her greatest inspiration, and her anchor. Their bond was something extraordinary: full of laughter, late-night conversations, and a love that needed no words. Her sister Jaylnn was another pillar in her life, a lifelong companion, confidante, and source of endless shared memories.

Noreen was surrounded by an extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins, and many, many friends who adored her. She was predeceased by her beloved grandmother, Noreen A. Larent, whose love and influence helped shape the woman she became. The thought of them reunited brings a small measure of peace.

Gifted with a voice that could quiet chaos or lift spirits, Noreen was a natural singer. Music lived in her bones, and she shared her gift with generosity and grace. Her songs were lullabies to her children, celebrations with friends, and sometimes the solace she gave herself in quieter moments.

In the digital world, she found real, lasting friendships through her vibrant gaming community. There, Noreen was known for her kindness, her humor, and her loyalty. She made those virtual spaces feel like home for so many, always showing up with warmth and wit.

To know Noreen was to be seen, heard, and loved. She listened deeply, felt passionately, and offered herself wholeheartedly. Her hugs were healing. Her laughter was contagious. Her love was fierce and endless.

We mourn her absence with every breath. Yet, we also celebrate her life—its music, its beauty, its love. She leaves behind a legacy of joy, compassion, and a family that will forever carry her light forward.

Rest gently, Noreen. Thank you for the love. Thank you for the music. Thank you for being you.
