We Remember

MARSH, Ronald “Glen”

May 2, 1956 — March 12, 2024

It is with great sadness and an extraordinary love that we announce the loss of Roland “Glen” Marsh, who passed away unexpectedly on March 12, 2024, at the age of 67.

Left to treasure his memory is his beloved wife of 36 years, Jackie Marsh; children Nolan (Megan) and Travis (Cate) Marsh; grandchildren Alexis, Chase, and Hannah; parents Ronald and Elvy Marsh; siblings Ken (Tracey) and Melinda (Paul); brothers-in-law Dieter (Sharon) and Klaus; as well as many other extended family members.

Glen was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on May 2, 1956, to Ronald and Elvy Marsh. He spent most of his life in and around the Okanagan area, where he met his wife Jackie in 1987, and later having their two boys in 1992 and 2001. Glen worked at Gorman Bros Lumber and was a dedicated and hardworking employee for 35 years. After he retired, he enjoyed gardening, fishing, baking sourdough bread, riding his bike, model car building, and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.

Glen was a loving father, husband, grandpa, son, brother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Details to be announced.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the KGH Foundation.
