Read Trevor’s obituary with a heavy heart. Trevor and I were best friends and played together in bands in Vancouver. We went to UBC at the same time and spent many happy times enjoying each other’s company. Trevor was a terrific friend and a very intelligent man, well-read in philosophy and literature! I still have gifts he gave to my daughters and wonderful memories of his sense of humour! My deepest condolences and sympathies to Alison, Hilary, Michael and extended family.
I was roommates with Trevor for several months in Vancouver and afterward he stayed at my Bowen Island home. I’d arrive there after work to find him hosting jamming sessions on guitar in the evenings. I also enjoyed his whimsical brightly-colored paintings; dinosaurs come to mind. Here’s a picture when he was playing in the snow on Bowen. Fond memories. RIP, Trevor.
