Ross was a wonderful man with a friendly smile. So many stories could be told of an era of firemen and their families. Our deepest sympathy. Toby, Yvonne and family
I was so sorry to hear of uncle Ross’s passing,I have a fond memory of our visits to his orchard. My prayers are with you, love Cliff and Laura
Sending all our love and sympathy to Aunt Nancy, Greg, and all family members. Uncle Ross was a very loving and caring man. I was so proud to be his niece. Sue, Clifton and I spent many childhood summers up at the Winfield orchard making memories with cousins Jen and Greg. Uncle Ross was so generous to our family,
sending apples, peaches and cherries home with our parents. He loved his gardens so much and always sent us broccoli and cauliflower home with us. This ritual continued into my adulthood. His kindness and generosity was who he was as a person, helping out all he could. His genuine work ethic and community service as a volunteer firefighter in Winfield will never be forgotten. He will be in our hearts forever.
Our condolences and deepest sympathy to the family. We were neighbours and friends for many years when we lived in Winfield. Murray and Agnes Sherritt
