So very, very sorry to hear of Mary’s passing, I knew Mary as I was one of her big sister’s (Agnes) friends. We remained in contact years after leaving Brandon, by becoming gaming friends (competing against one another on Angry Birds!
She has gone on to join family and friends who have traveled this path before he, but one day we will all meet again.
Rest in Peace Mary. And condolences to family and friends.
I met Mary McIntyre (nee Daciuk) just over fifty (50) years now in Brandon. It seems like yesterday as the memories are still very vivid. Mary was always a very loyal friend, non-judgemental & fair. In the impending years, Mary married and Neil and Mary became very dedicated parents to son Kevin while still holding family connections very important. My family moved to Calgary over 22 years ago now & more recently the McIntyre family moved to Kelowna to be closer to their son Kevin and family …. just like
Mary and Neil. Regrets ..,, yes I do certainly and like others, I simply wish we had taken the opportunities to spend more time with Mary and her family over the years. Mary was simply the “salt of the earth” &
is sadly missed by everyone that knew and loved & admired our Mary. God’s Speed Mary and we very much hope to see you again at God’s hand. Always, Bryan Redfern
Mary will be greatly missed. Sending loving thoughts and prayers to Neil and his family.

My condolences to Mary’s family. I got to know Mary when I worked at the bank. And she was a customer. Lovely lady. Too young to go.
