MINCHIN, Brian Douglas
—
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Brian Douglas Minchin, of Kelowna, BC, at the age of 66. He died Thursday, April 3, 2014, with family and friends at his side. Brian was born on June 15, 1947 in Kelowna, BC to the late Ernest and Alice Minchin. He worked his entire career with the Kelowna Fire Department, until his retirement in 2007.
Brian is survived by two children, Sean Minchin and Marissa Minchin, both of Kelowna. He is also survived by his partner and best friend, Gloria McSorley and her children: Jordelle (Garth) Dupre, Breanne (Tony) Rhodes, Houston McSorley; grandchildren: Taylan and Harper Dupre and a sister Lynda Mayers all of Kelowna, BC.

Feel free to drop in between the hours of 2:00 – 4:00 pm. Keeping in mind Brian’s love of wildlife, animals and the outdoors, feel free to make a memorial donation, in lieu of flowers, to a charity of your choice.
