We Remember

MOLENAAR, Lindsay Michelle

December 27, 1989 — May 27, 2022

Lindsay (Sweet Pea, Lindsay Boo) graduated with honors into heaven on Friday, May 27, 2022. Her loving parents were at her side, cheering her on into her release of freedom and celebrating her impact and beauty. She entered the world as a mysterious and unique gift and left the same way.

Lindsay was born in Mississauga, Ontario and was embraced by her parents and loving sister, Alyssa. Her early days were filled with struggle, mystery, perseverance, hospital visits and a fast track into profound love and sweet joy. Heaven knew that Lindsay needed additional love from her core family unit – so God gifted her with her precious brother, Matthew. He inspired her to come alive and move in ways unexpected. Lindsay took our family on an uncharted course and taught us how to band together and explore lessons and levels of love that will be burned in our hearts forever.

She was a rare treasure, and as such required, specialized, royal treatment. Her life was filled with hundreds of kind, gifted and beautiful souls who served her with dignity and supported her to develop and spread her joy and message of love to all who would listen. Although she had many physical and mental limitations, she obtained her Masters Degree in unconditional love and connection. She will be remembered by her infectious giggle, perfect curls and eyes that would pierce your heart and remind you that you too are very special and of great worth. She was proof that love is all you need.

It took a village to support this royal treasure. The Molenaar family would like to thank the Bethesda team, Dr. Brears, medical staff, and countless others; for how they supported Lindsay to live her best life. We would also like to thank our family, friends, and spiritual community for a lifetime of love, support, and prayers.
