Bernie, Ev, Viv and Norm and families…We are sending very warm thoughts to you today. Your father was unique in so many ways, surrounded by a loving, growing family, still vibrant with his music…and from what you have told us, he understood always the value of a smile. Imagine, at close to 100, he was part of less than one percent of our country… a long life full of memories for all of you to share. Our condolences, Patty Randall and Cesare Maniago
Bernie, Ev, Brad & Jason,
Bennie will be greatly missed, he nearly made 100 years but his time was up. I really enjoyed seeing family visit him here at Sandalwood during his playing and singing times here. May you be comforted to know that many care and my prayers are with you at this time.–Joy Oxenham
To the entire family we send our condolences. Bennie was a wonderful addition to our family when he married Mary many years ago. Always considered him a favourite uncle. Will miss his cheerful face and pleasant mannerism not to mention his piano playing. We were always glad we were able to see him each summer on our way to our cottage near Fernie. Will miss him. Sorry we can’t make the funeral but you all will be in our thoughts and prayers.
