Our visits with Rick were few but memorable. We enjoyed the conversations we had over coffee and curly fries. These visits will be missed. I know he is where he wanted to be and watching us from heaven.
To Reece and Shawn and all of your family. We are sorry for your loss. Thinking of all of you and sending hugs to your family. ❤️

For Marlene and family.
We were very sorry to hear of Rick’s death. We remember him as a sincere helpful man of God.
My most sincere condolences to you, Marlene, and your family. Rick is one of the most special people in my life. He encouraged my personal development, pushing me out of my comfort zone to become active in the fledgling Westside Alliance., first reading the Sunday Bible passage, then song leading , then Sunday School teaching. In the two years I spent there while being a college student Rick touched my life in ways no other man has. The most special moment of all was when he baptised me in a neighbourhood swimming pool with the rest of our Church watching. He was fundamental in making me the man I am today and I will always remember him, until we meet again.
