We Remember
NICOLOSI, Denise Marie-Aimee (nee Topin)
—
Passed away in the early morning of this November 4, 2013. She is survived by her two siblings, six children, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Born May 26, 1930, in Mali, she later lived in France, finally immigrating to Canada with her husband and family in 1958. She sailed around the world many times with her loving husband Joseph Nicolosi. Denise spent her later years travelling between France, Mexico and across Canada, vacationing and spending time with her family. Her last months were spent surrounded by those she loved and who love her. A strong, inspiring, kind and adventurous woman, a beloved sister, mother and grandmother, she will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her loss is felt deeply by all. If you wish to send a condolence, post photos or share a memory, please scroll down the page to the area called “Share Your Condolences.”
To Mireille and all Denise’s family,
Your Mom was an inspiration to all. She always had a smile and a kind look in her eyes. She was so adventurous; never missed a hiking or walking opportunity. One fine lady indeed who will be sorely missed.

Our condolences to the Nicolosi family our lovely family on Canada. Your mother was such a lovely lady, always kind and always with a beautiful smile for everyone. You must have wonderful memories to cherish at this difficult time. Blessings to all the family.
When I think of Denise (I never called her that – it was always Mrs Nicolosi or Mireille’s mum or Derek’s granmother) When I think of her I think of a warm and loving mother, a very caring person with quiet grace. She will live forever in my heart.
A bientôt, ta soeur Mireille

Andree and Mierelle and families. Sorry to read of your moms passing. I only met your mom once, but I know that she had a close relationship with her children and will be missed by all of them. God be with all of you to help you get through the next while. Love to all of you.

My deepest condolences to the Nicolosi family. While the body moves on, the thoughts and memories live forever in us. God bless you all at this time, my thoughts and prayers are with you.
With deepest gratitude, we wish to thank Denise who inspired, touched, contributed, and generously shared her wisdom in life’s journey. We will always remember. Condolences to the family.
Condolences to Mireille and her family from Jeanne Capafons. My mom was very sadenned to read of your mother’s death. She has asked me to send this message on her behalf as she has no computer. She spoke often of your Mom to me.
To Mireille and family, our condolences to you. May the fond memories of your lives together ease your loss over time. Take care. Much love, Agnes and Stephen
