My prayers are with you. Peter was a wonderful, well respected co-worker at SCJ Canada.
I am so sorry for your loss. Peter was my manager at SCJ for a number of years and was a key figure in shaping my very happy and constructive career. Peter taught me the meaning of the word “avuncular”, because that was what he wanted me to be in my job. But at the same time, he was like a favourite uncle to me. It was sad when the family moved so far away. Peter would probably be surprised that I am retired now. He had so many friends and contacts in business – especially our trade associations, and I am sure that many, like me, have thought of him often.
I wish you comfort in your time of sorrow. Peter was a very caring person and I felt very fortunate to work with him during his time at SCJ Canada.
My prayers and condolences to the Nott Family during this time of profound loss. Peter was one of the most enduring and respectful gentleman whom I have ever met. He will be missed by many who had the pleasure of knowing him.
God Bless You.
Dear Ann: I feel very sorry for you and sympathize with you. My husband, David, died this past winter at 70 years. Yes, that is a long life in the eyes of a young person but to me it was far too soon. And he also had two sons, one in BC, and a daughter in New Zealand.
I recall that Peter was looked on with much respect here in Brantford. I’m thinking of you.
Love,
Pat Clemons
