O’Brien, Anita

Died peacefully on Saturday, October 29, 2011 after a long illness.  Survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Dr. Edward G. O’Brien; children: Evelyn Buckler (John), Heather Brown (Daniel), Edward O’Brien (Kendall), Jennifer O’Brien (George Gehrels) Thomas O’Brien (Jennifer), David O’Brien and 15 grandchildren.  A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 11:00 am at St. Charles Garnier Parish, 3645 Benvoulin Road, Kelowna, BC, V1W 4M7.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the CWL (c/o St. Charles Garnier Parish, address above) or Cottonwoods-Eden Fund for Gardens, 2255 Ethel Street, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 2Z9.  Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.springfieldfuneralhome.com, 250-860-7077.
