We Remember
PANZA, Antonio
March 24, 1940 — November 1, 2022
On November 1, 2022, Antonio Panza peacefully passed away at Kelowna General Hospital.
Antonio came to Canada from Italy in 1963. He worked for CP Rail until retirement. The Okanagan was so reminiscent of his home in Italy that Antonio settled there in 1994.
Ambitious and hardworking, Antonio was always looking for ways to improve how things worked and functioned. This included everything from roads to his hospital bed.
Antonio will be missed by his wife of 28 years, Maria; his children Tina (Paul) Miller, Sandra (Mike) Romani, Pamela Panza, and Melissa Panza; grandchildren Aidan and Bella Romani; sister Maria Bevacqua; and numerous family and friends in France, Germany, and Italy. Antonio was predeceased by six of his siblings.
Special thanks to the staff at 3E in Kelowna General Hospital for their patient and caring support.
A private family service has been held.
