PASHNIAK, Gabrielle Marie
September 10, 1933 — October 25, 2024
Born on September 10, 1933, in Kapuskasing, Ontario, Marie Pashniak went to be with the Lord on October 25, 2024, in Kelowna, British Columbia, at the age of 91.
Gay was a very special person who led a wonderful and productive life. Having a good sense of humour, she was always ready for an adventure, whether big or small. Her many achievements in life were the result of her loving nature, wisdom, and maturity. She was always loyal to her friends and deeply devoted to her family and her Catholic faith.
Gay will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, especially her husband John, her children, and her grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial, with Father Ferdinand Bayarong presiding, will be held on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2024, at 11:00 AM (PDT), at St. Charles Garnier Parish, 3645 Benvoulin Rd, Kelowna, BC V1W 4M7. A reception will be held following the service. Gay will be laid to rest in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Calgary, Alberta

We are so sad to hear of your loss. Linda and I remember and forever appreciate how supportive and caring you were for our family especially when we were by ourselves living on the west coast in the mid 90’s.
