Dear Pete and Family,
We are so very sorry for your loss. Mary was a joy to be around and the kindest soul I’ve ever met. I have had the privilege of getting to know her while at Gospel Fellowship many years ago but I will always remember her kindness and compassion for others.
I know the angels are singing for her in heaven and Jesus is welcoming her home.
Sincerest condolences.
Mary and Gerhard Wust
Our prayers are for your family at this time. We remember lots of fun times with all of you.
So sorry that we will not be in Kelowna on Jan. 5.and so unable to attend the service.
Very sorry for the loss , I always remember her being such a nice and caring lady , big hugs to everyone .
I spent many a Sunday afternoon as a teenager at the Peters home in Kelowna. Some of my happiest memories is of sitting down to a pan of Mrs Peters Sucreplatz…..nothing better to while away a few shared moments. As an adult coming home she would make a pan especially for me and I felt so special. She had that special gift of making everyone feel you were worth that little extra effort and love. And love is the word that encompasses this very unique and truly special soul. I will miss her.
To the family and especially Barb I love you dearly. I know well what its like to loose a Mother of such calibre, she lives on in your hearts and your memories
I will not be to come to the funeral, but, but know I will be thinking of you.
Lynette Schlichting

Mary was a wonderful person and good friend. I was proud to attend her high school graduation many years ago.
