We Remember

PICTIN, Brittany Samantha
April 14, 1992 — October 7, 2024
It is with great sadness that the family of Brittany Pictin announces her sudden passing on Monday, October 7, 2024.
She is survived by her mother Susana; father Marvin; brother Jonathon; grandmothers, Zelia and Elaine; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and many more extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her grandfathers, Leonete and Mike, and uncles John and Brent.
Brittany was a true firecracker, known for her quick wit and sense of humour. Her distinctive and contagious laugh would fill any room. She found great joy in baking, often treating her family and friends to her delicious creations, which were always made with love. She had a profound love for nature and took pleasure in growing plants. An artist at heart, she expressed her creativity through dance, drawing, and writing.
Beyond Brittany’s vibrant personality, she was a deeply thoughtful and sweet soul. Her warmth and generosity made every gathering a little brighter.
We love you, Minnie.

Breaks my heart to hear that you’re gone! I knew Brit from such a young age! Growing up with their family . She will be missed dearly! Xo Brit!
Anyone who knew Britt knows her personality, laughter and smile could light up any room. We played baseball together, we biked to each others houses as fast as we could. We grew up together and I am very grateful to have spent those years with her. I am lucky that so many of my childhood memories have Brittany in them. Life can be a cruel and unfair place, but Brittany’s kind, outgoing and loving spirit will live on. I thought about her so often, and my thoughts are with the family members that supported Brittany until the end. Love you girl ❤️

She truly was an amazing person who filled the room with laughter and energy. She was loved by so many and I can’t even begin to imagine your pain in this time.
My deepest condolences to all family and friends.
Dear Susan,
Sam has shared with me this terrible news! I still remember her car accident trauma and her courageous recovery. There are no words for such a loss. You were my favorite hockey mom friend and I am thinking of you today!
