Harold was born in Nemiscam Alberta to Thomas and Agnes Quinlan. He returned to his home town of Pincher Creek Alberta where he married his life-long partner Jean in 1947. Harold moved his family to Kelowna in 1974, and worked for many years before retiring to help raise his Grandson and act as the father figure in his life. ‘Pop’ was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and friend. He will be missed, but never forgotten, by those whose lives he touched.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Veterans Affairs Canada who never wavered in their support of Harold. Also special thanks to the office of Dr. Cosman and Dr. Stone for their ongoing care.
