Radke, Albert

April 1, 1929 — November 10, 2011

After a courageous battle with lung cancer Albert Radke has passed away at the age of 82 with family and friends at his side.  Born April 1, 1929 in Regina, SK.  Albert was predeceased by his loving wife Lila.  His is survived by two sons Kevin and Brian, two daughter-in-laws Kanchima & Michelle, three sisters Violet, Lillie and Mary, and nieces and nephews.  He will be remembered for his engaging conversation, sense of humour and kind-hearted generosity.  There will be an intimate gathering of close family and friends at a later undisclosed date to celebrate his life.  Any donations in his memory will be gladly accepted on behalf of the KGH Foundation:  2268 Pandosy St., Kelowna, BC, V1Y 1T2.  Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.springfieldfuneralhome.com, 250-860-7077.
