We Remember

RIEGER, William David

William David Rieger “Bill”, 64 passed away peacefully in his home on December 28, 2013.  Bill was born on July 5th, 1949 in Kelowna to Casper and Jean Rieger.  To Bill “Papa” his wife and family meant the world to him.  Bill enjoyed keeping busy, always puttering, providing those around him with endless jokes both good and bad and was quite proud of his chef like abilities.  Bill is survived by his loving wife Laurie, his grandsons Cody Wood and Calvin Jackson, daughters Jennifer Wood and Tammy Jackson, son-in-law Graham Wood; sister Lynn Rieger and brother Don Rieger.  Bill was taken from us suddenly and will forever be loved and missed.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Canadian Diabetes Association, 1589 Sutherland Avenue, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 5Y7.  If you wish to send a condolence, post photos or share a memory, please scroll down the page to the area called “Share Your Condolences.”
