We Remember
RITZ, Frank Richard
— November 12, 2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Frank Ritz Sr. announces the sudden passing of our dear husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Words can never express our deep sadness. The Lord took our dear one peacefully in his sleep on November 12, 2018 at the age of 89.
Frank will always be remembered by his loving wife, Theresia; son Frank Jr. (Angela); daughter Rosemarie; grandchildren Katherine (Filip), Frank Jr. and Adam.
Frank had such a great passion for life. He loved deeply his devoted wife of 65 years, his children, grandchildren and his little furry friends (Tazzy, Bella, Dixie and Ra.) Frank had a great sense of humour, always had a smile on his face and was at the ready with a joke for everyone. He loved his German music and spent a lot of time listening to his collection. Frank’s passion for flowers was great, as he had a garden that some would say was the highlight on McCulloch Road.
Frank provided everything the family needed in the tough and good times. His great love for us all will always be in our hearts. We all miss him terribly. His love and our love is endless.
Prayers will be recited on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 6:30 pm at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, November 22, 2018 at 10:00 am at Immaculate Conception Church, 839 Sutherland Avenue, Kelowna.
