Beth passed away suddenly on November 28, 2019 at the age of 27. She is survived by her loving family: her husband of almost 8 years, Scott; her parents Bob and Ruth Young; her brother Josiah ”Jeby” (Crystal) Young; and sisters Rachel (Jan) Faber and Rebecca (Lenny) Schack. Beth was an amazing “Auntie Booboo” to her 8 nieces and nephews: Alex, Alyssa, Tianna, Taisha, Eli, Cohen, Hayden, and Gavin.
A sweet, quirky, loving, and outgoing personality, Beth lit up any room. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Evangel Church, 3261 Gordon Dr, Kelowna, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch, Oregon, (Phone # 541-330-00123), www.crystalpeaksyouthranch.org

Beth I cant believe u are gone… you tattooed a poem on my that goes out to all my Angel’s and now you are one of them ♡ “The moment that you left me my heart was split in two, One side was filled with memories the other side died with you. I often lay awake at night while the world is fast asleep, and take a walk down memory lane with tears upon my cheek. Remembering you is easy I do it every day, but missing you is a heart ache that will never go away. I hold you tightly with in my heart and there you will remain. You see life has gone on without you but will never be the same ♡”

I’ve known Beth since 2013, her and I worked at Flashpoint Tattoo together. She made every day a blast. She never failed to make everyone smile. Even as the years passed, and we both went our separate ways, she would still always reach out and whenever we met up again it was as if no time had passed. She would always greet me with that warm smile of hers, and open arms. She is easily the most genuine, kind, and soft person I have ever known, and I truly believe the world is much dimmer without her. My deepest condolences to her closest family and loved ones. Bethany was so easy to love, I’m sure she has left a hole in many lives, being taken from us all far too young.
Beth was such a talented artist and such a sweet and funny lady. I loved our conversations while I was in the tattoo shop. She will be truly missed.
Whenever I would stop in to check out a sketch or set up an appt, talk on the phone or text, her vibrant and beautiful personality would shine!! Im very blessed to have 2 pieces (tats) that Bethany did for me. Your amazing art will live on, as will your heart and soul. Sleep In Heavenly and Eternal Peace 🙏🏽🌺🌴
We lost a shining star! Bethany was a fantastic through and through . I will always have a piece of her in my heart and off course in ink. I had the honour and pleasure to meet her and become friends with her. My heart aches with sorrow for this loss of sweet Bethany .

I only met Beth a couple of times, coming into the shop for some work done. She did my sister and I’s tattoos, my sisters first. Her energy was unexplainable. She had a vibrance to her that no one else has! Only known her for a few short weeks but she made an impact on my life. I am so saddened and send my sincerest condolences to her husband and family. ❤️
I had the pleasure of meeting Bethany last year to discuss my first tattoo consult. Bethany, my husband and I all sat at Starbucks where she gleamed about and told us about her husband, her adorable puppies, her family and the new tattoo parlour she was opening with her partner, Candice. My heart is so heavy for her family and friends right now. I am so thankful to have known her, even for a brief time. She was such a beautiful personality and person. She made an impact on my life and I am deeply saddened to hear of her sudden passing. Please know she is and will forever be in ours hearts. My husband and I, both, have a little piece of her work forever with us.
