Vi passed away, suddenly after a brief battle with cancer, on September 2, 2020, at the age of 55 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Steve, and their children, Kayla and Ryan. She will also be missed by her mother Diana; sister Leeanna Hudecz; and brother Steven Hudecz. Sadly, she was predeceased by her father Steve and her younger brother Jody.
A service to remember and celebrate Vi’s life will be held on Friday, September 11, 2020, at 10:00 am at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the number of attendees will be limited to 50 people, please call Steve at (250) 317-5569 to let him know you wish to join them. If you are unable to attend in person, please feel welcome to join the family online by Livestream. (see link below)

I heard about Violets passing this morning and I am deeply saddened to hear the news. I worked with Violet at the Coast for only just a year but she was one of my favourite people to talk to on my break. Love and thoughts to her friends and family in this time, I will miss her very much.
