We Remember

SKETCHLEY, Dennis

Passed away on October 20, 2016 at the age of 96. Survived by his daughters Judy (Wilf) of Prince George, Mavis of Lake Country; sons Ron (Michie) of Kelowna, Loren of Lake Country; grandchildren Doug, Tina, Sam, Melanie, Jennifer; 9 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren; brother Percy Sketchley of Quesnel.  Dennis is predeceased by his wife Lucille of 65 years, brothers Harold, Irving, his grandson Shane, sons-in-law Reg and Henry and numerous other family members.  A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Salmon Arm Legion, 141 Hudson Street NW., Salmon Arm, BC.   A luncheon will be served at 1:00 pm at the Canoe Senior Centre, 7330 – 49th Street NE, Canoe, BC.  Should family and friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Canoe Senior Centre.
