We Remember

STRACHAN, Travis Michael

January 23, 1999 — October 1, 2013

Travis Michael Strachan was born January 23, 1999 in Kelowna, BC. On October 1, 2013 after 14 years of a brave journey, he finally found his serenity, his peace, his final resting place. Our precious Little Bear had the silent strength and power of love which was his gift to many. He continues to teach us what was important all along…unconditional love. He was an inspiration to those who knew him. He may have left this Earth too young, too innocent, too small, but has given strength to survivors: His Father and Mother, Mike and Karen; his brother Callum; and his cat, Lucy. He is also loved by a Great-Grandparent, Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles, Cousins, Nurses, Doctors, Schoolmates and friends. We would like to celebrate his beautiful life at Springfield Funeral Home on the 19th of October, 2013 at 10:00 am. We would encourage everyone who has been touched by our Angel to attend with their smiles, their stories and celebrate with us as a family. In lieu of flowers, please feel free to donate in the name of Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, 1690 Matthews Avenue, Vancouver, BC V6J 2T2. There will be a donation box provided at the Celebration of Life at Springfield FuIf you wish to send a condolence, post photos or share a memory, please scroll down the page to the area called “Share Your Condolences.”
