November 26, 1984 — November 19, 2020

On Thursday, November 19, 2020, Michael John Jr. Stremel passed away suddenly in Abbotsford, BC at the age of 36.

Michael was born in Kelowna, BC where he lived for the first 10 years of his life, moving to Salmon Arm, BC with his parents in 1994 where he grew up enjoying many outdoor activities while living on his families 10 acre farm.  As a young adult he moved to Abbotsford, BC where he meet the love of his life Nikol Jacobson, and they raised their two beautiful children Teegan and Payden.

Michael loved the outdoors and liked spending his free time with his family to share his passion for camping, hiking, biking or being on the water.

He was a loving husband, father, son, son-in-law, grandson, nephew, cousin, uncle, and friend.

He loved deeply and was deeply loved.

Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words, and missed beyond measure.

Mike leaves behind his family: his wife Nikol Jacobson and their two children Teegan and Payden; his parents Michael Stremel and Evelyne Stremel; and his grandmother Yolande Bourlon. He was preceded in death by his grandparents John Stremel, Anne Stremel, and Noel Bourlon.
