We Remember
SWAIN, Patricia “Patty”
March 26, 1963 — November 17, 2021
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Patricia Swain, who went to the Lord November 17, 2021, at the age of 58.
Patty possessed a generous, loving heart that touched everyone she met, family, friends and total strangers alike. She was a devout Christian, sharing an abundance of kindness, support and many prayers for family, friends and anyone in need. That beautiful welcoming smile, and gentle spirit, greeted those of us lucky enough to know her. Patty’s door was always open along with an extended helping hand. Patty enjoyed spending time with her family, walking her dog, hiking, scenic drives and putting her faith in God into practice. She was selfless, putting others ahead of herself, a walking example of unconditional love and a truly amazing gift to us all.
An unsung hero, Patty will be sorely missed by everyone that her radiance and light touched.
Patty is survived by her loving son, Andrew; her grandchildren: Valerie, Suzanne, Keegan and Matthew; her sisters: Winnie, Marian and Jean; her brothers: John, Walter and James; along with several nieces and nephews. Patty was predeceased by her beloved daughter Julie and devoted parents John and Mary McCormick.

My condolences to Patti’s family. She was a beautiful woman of faith. I first met Patti in Saskatoon in the 1980’s. And then our paths crossed again in Kelowna. Patti was always smiling and full of joy! May she rejoice in the presence of the Lord.
