We Remember
Temperton, Phil
—
Passed away after a brief battle with cancer with family by his side on Friday, February 22, 2013 at the age of 53. He is survived by his loving wife, Lorain of Abbotsford; son Cody (Reece) of Chilliwack and two grandchildren, Brody and Hailey; brother Perry (Margaret) of Winfield; sisters Jackie (Rick) of Port Kells BC and Terina (George) of Surrey; and several nieces and nephews. Phil is sadly predeceased by his parents Philip and Maxine. A very loving brother, husband, father, and grandfather will be truly missed.
Someday soon the thunder will roll,
As we ride down those streets of gold.
With wind in our face, we’re free at last,
The troubles here are now all past,
And with brothers there we’ll meet again,
And ride for eternity; peace in the wind.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations in Phil’s name may be made to the BCSPCA, 3785 Casorso Road, Kelowna BC V1W 4M7 (kelowna-spca@shaw.ca).
Perry, Jackie, Terina, Lorain and Cody, I am so deeply sorry for your loss. The best part of my youth and some of my fondest memories were spent with Phillip. My heart aches for all of you. My deepest, sincere condolences. Toni
I found out about Phil’s death in November and I am so sad. I will never forget the happy times I had with Phil and his family. I also read about Phil senior and Max. It breaks my heart. Perry, Jackie and Terrina, I am so sorry for your loss. I hoped to see Phil one day again but at least I have good memories to hold on to.
Miss you all, Val
