Please know you are all with us and in our hearts at this difficult time. We wish we could be there with you on Saturday as you celebrate your mom’s life and mourn her passing. Tante Resi will be dearly missed – her good humour, love of life and most of all, the way she showed us all, through her actions and words that family mattered most. With heartfelt sympathy and love, Lotte, Terri and June and families.
Liebste Resi, Your thoughtfulness, energy, loving adventurous and forgiving nature will surely be missed. Your laughter on our trips will always echo in my mind and the excitement of your voice on the phone. You will never be gone for you will live on in my heart always. Lotte, your sister
Eric and all of the Kutschera families.. We share in your loss, we loved Theresa and enjoyed our little “outings”, lunches etc. and are so grateful for being included in some family get togethers etc. over the years.Theresa was kind and thoughtful and loving, we will all miss her. God Bless
Sincere sympathy to Lucy, Eric, Zoe and Kaylee on the tragic loss of a very loved family member.
This poetry of Kahlil Gibran has always been comforting and inspiring to me.
We send best wishes to members of the family in this celebration of Theresa’s full and joyful life. Our special love is sent to Chris and Elizabeth to let Hearts be lifted Up.

On Death
Kahlil Gibran
You would know the secret of death.
But how shall you find it unless you seek it in the heart of life?
The owl whose night-bound eyes are blind unto the day cannot unveil the mystery of light.
If you would indeed behold the spirit of death, open your heart wide unto the body of life.
For life and death are one, even as the river and the sea are one.
In the depth of your hopes and desires lies your silent knowledge of the beyond;
And like seeds dreaming beneath the snow your heart dreams of spring.
Trust the dreams, for in them is hidden the gate to eternity.
Your fear of death is but the trembling of the shepherd when he stands before the king whose hand is to be laid upon him in honour.
Is the shepherd not joyful beneath his trembling, that he shall wear the mark of the king?
Yet is he not more mindful of his trembling?
For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the sun?
And what is it to cease breathing, but to free the breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered?
Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing.
And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb.
And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance.
Our thoughts are with you and your family at this time of your loss. You always speak of your mother in glowing terms and we are sure that she will always be with you.
Dear Heidi and Family,
I am so sorry to learn about the passing of your mother. I hope that you have been able to care and support each other over this difficult time. My thoughts are with all of you,
Warmest regards,
Gerri Sing
