We Remember
THOMAS, Ronald Victor
January 1, 1970 — January 1, 1970
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ronald Victor Thomas of Kelowna, British Columbia. Ron passed away peacefully at the age of 74 on October 10, 2016. He was born May 19, 1942, to Charles and Anne Thomas and lived most of his life in Milestone, Saskatchewan.
Ron leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife, Marilyn, daughters Tricia (Shad) and Jolynne, and grandchildren Bella and Finn who were his pride and joy. He is also survived by his brother Leroy (Darlene); mother-in-law Bernice Ward; as well as many extended family members and friends.
Although there will be no formal service at this time, Ron’s life will be celebrated by his loved ones and his memory will live on always. He was a caring and loving husband, father and grandfather and no words can describe how much he will be missed.
Memorial donations may be made in Ron’s name to the BC Cancer Foundation. Our family also wishes to send our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Pavan and Todd Gale for their wonderful care and support.

We are thinking of you & your family. We have many good memories of times together.Larry & Sue
Uncle Ron was a wonderful man – loving and funny. Lots of good memories – just a couple of examples: when he was babysitting us and put Tide in the dishwasher and the whole kitchen was covered in bubbles; or, when the CAT had him and Ralph Holsworth cornered in the basement when they tried to move the freezer – LOL!!!
You fought a long time and I know you wanted to stay to spend more time with family, especially the grandkids, but rest in peace. You earned it!
Love…..Cheryl
