TICHELAAR, Dianne
January 1, 1949 — September 12, 2021
Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan on January 1, 1949, Dianne Tichelaar was asked to join our Father in heaven on September 12, 2021, in Kelowna, BC.
Dianne was a kind and generous person, a selfless and loving mother, as well as a dedicated and faithful wife. Dianne loved walking, camping, gardening, art, and social happy hours among many other pursuits.
Dianne will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 44 years, Rein; daughter, Rianna (Chris); son, Paul (Lindsay); and grandchildren, Sean, Elly and Conall. Dianne’s memory will also be cherished by her sister Colleen.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the BC Cancer Foundation.
A Memorial Service, will be held on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2021, at 10:00 AM PDT, at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the number of attendees will be limited to 50.

We have very good memories on her…I remember from my youth the beautiful wedding party in Emmeloord surrounded with the Ness & Tichgelaar family and also a lot of other reunions in Holland later on.. she was always nice and at ease …a woman to be proud of always!!
