We Remember
UNGARO, Allan
—
Allan Anthony Ungaro went to be the Lord peacefully in his home, January 25, 2020. Survived by his loving family: Laurie (Ryan), Carter, Ethan, Paighton, Cole, Hanna and Zara, Dan (Shauna) Rylan, Ken (Benny) Emma, and Jack. Also survived by his siblings, Karyn (Gary), Joe (Christine), and Mary (Mario). Predeceased by his parents Orlando and Frances, brother Don, grandparents Emma and Nino, and various other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Allan now has his Angel wings. Born in Natal BC, on September 16, 1953, he grew up in a coal mining town in the Kootenays. He then moved to Kelowna and lived life to its extreme fullest at all times. Allan loved his outdoor life of fishing and hunting with his family and friends. He had a successful career in Real Estate before retiring to enjoy his family. His grandchildren were his life. He did everything and anything for them; there was never a time he saw them without a smile on his face. He was the most generous, loving and giving “Ninno” anyone could ask for. If he could give it, he would.

So sorry to hear of Allen’s passing. I have such fond memories of the Ungaro family while growing up in Michel. Orlando and Francis were such great friends to my mom and dad, Jack and Lorraine Fontana. Sending deepest condolences from my family.
Mario felt you were the brother he never had and we have been getting so close lately with all the plans we made and to do together I promise you I will fulfill them as much as I can and I know you will be there helping me. Love you dear brother and I wish I could get that last hug from you. You have been a beautiful person and your heart has always been full of love. You will be truly missed. ❤️. Love and miss you. You are now our guardian angel to watch over us
Sending my sincere condolences to the Ungaro Family. I will always have fond memories of Allan. We were childhood neighbours, as his family lived across the street from my parents, Bill & Mary Stephenson.
Our deepest condolences to the Ungaro family
Sending my heartfelt condolences to all the family. Not many memories of Allan as he was younger but many of his father Orlando. Rest In Peace Allan😇
I recall the total delight Allan showed when he visited Sparwood just a few years ago. He was completely thrilled to meet up with acquaintances from his formative years in Natal. His big personality and friendliness will be missed by many. Condolences to his family.
