We Remember
VINCENT, Sheila Marie (née Prendergast)
September 28, 1952 — May 12, 2022
Sheila Vincent, 69, was born in Nova Scotia on September 28, 1952, and went to be with the Lord on May 12, 2022.
One of Sheila’s greatest gifts in life was being a devoted mother to her two sons, Matthew and Isaac, whom she loved wholeheartedly. She never let a day go by without making sure to show her love to her children through actions, words, and original songs like “I love my two boys”. Her friends and family remember her as a prayer warrior who brightened the world with her smile, encouragement, and unconditional love. Faithfully, Sheila passed on the knowledge of Christ to her sons and people around her.
Sheila found enjoyment in simple things such as freshly bloomed flowers, reading her bible, hiking in nature, talking on the phone and spending quality time with her loved ones. Some may even recall that she beat men in Karate in her early 20s using her go-to move the “spinning backfist” and went on missionary trips to Mexico. Sheila will forever be remembered as a strong, welcoming, and joyful woman that loved to clothe herself in pink and purple. She would even apply her favourite bright pink lipstick before going to bed.
She will forever live on in Heaven, but her love will forever live on in our hearts.

Dear Matthew and Isaac, words cannot express how sorry I am for your great loss, losing your mom. She was so beautiful and sweet. We all will hold her dearly in our hearts, she was loved by many including me.
I am also so sorry I could not be there this morning, as I am in Prince George right now.
I am holding you both in my heart and will pray for the Lord to hold you as you are grieving your loss.
You both are amazing man, and you were so loved by your mom. May her love continue to live in your hearts and give you strength to go forward in the future.
Praying for you both and sending all my love.
Love from Ella McMurphy 💜🌹
