‘Uncle George’ was such an important person to our family. He and ‘Auntie Anne’ were the family we needed after moving away to Kelowna. Hiking, traveling, eating tea biscuits and generally doing life together, we bonded deeply. As the kids grew and we all got busy we saw less of each other. But we will always be so grateful for the friendship and love we shared. Peace to you Anne. You are in our thoughts and prayers. And condolences to Rob and the rest of the family. <3
We want you to know that our thoughts & prayers are with you Anne & family! George was a very special friend & we have fond memories of our times together!
Dearest Anne…. we are sorry to hear of George’s passing. We often admired how you both could hike throughout our neighbourhood and up the hills above us like a couple of youngsters on an adventure. Know that we miss you on our street. Our thoughts are with you and your family.
