We Remember

WEBB, Linda Margaret
November 29, 1947 — July 8, 2022
Linda Webb passed away peacefully on July 8, 2022, in Kelowna, BC at the age of 74.
She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Mick; her three sons and two daughters-in-law; Jason (Sandi), Justin, and Mike (Nicole); and her grandkids Taylor, Jacob, and Avery. She will be missed by her sister Sharon; her sisters-in-law Linda and Monica; her numerous nieces and nephews; and many dear friends. She joins her youngest son, Danny, in Heaven since his departure in 1997.
Linda was born and raised in Maidstone, SK graduating from Maidstone High School. Soon after, she met the love of her life, Mick, while working at Husky Oil and living in Lloyminster, AB. In 1972, Linda and Mick decided to venture to the Okanagan Valley, finding their permanent home in Kelowna, BC. Aside from the busy tasks that come with raising four boys, Linda enjoyed the secretarial role at Mick’s company, Harmony Homes.
Linda was a strong woman of faith, and her love for God and family were her priority. She lived her life with gratitude for all she had while serving others with a kind, compassionate heart, and gentle spirit. Her family and friends knew her as a high-spirited, devoted homemaker. She was a humble, generous, selfless friend to so many.
The family would like to thank Dr. Joshua Nordine, and all the staff at Kelowna Hospice House, for their kindness and care.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kelowna Hospice House.

We are just devastated to hear that Auntie Linda has passed. I have so many fantastic memories of our families time together at Grandma’s as kids and in Kelowna in later years. I know life can be very tough during times like this but I want you to know that you all are in our hearts and we love you very much. It makes me smile and cry knowing Auntie Linda is with Danny again and knowing she is happy and at peace.
Love,

Hi Mick–I wish that I had been acquainted with Linda more than I did..
You often talked about her in a very loving way and because you had such a big heart I assumed (your favorite word) .that Linda would be of similar nature and qualities..
Bless you Mick and all of your family. Linda will need your strength now to carry on.
