You’re all a “chip off the old block” and that’s why the family Westerberg, will continue to thrive. Well done, Jack
Jack and I were friends when he practiced law in Calgary. We were also heavily involved in Pierre Trudeau’s leadership campaign in 1968. It was a lasting bond. I enjoyed his perspective on people and his sense of humour. He introduced me to The Doors, a big musical event in my life! Go well, Jack. You were a good man.

Our family extends deepest sympathy in your loss. We have many great memories of Jack..
Jack was a real character that was always up for a road trip and adventure. He leaves a great legacy and will be missed but well remembered.
I have been a friend of Jack since 2000, after a serendipitous meeting in Jasper, Alberta, which gave me the opportunity of introducing Jack to my friends in Kelowna, which lead to many shared moments of tennis, golfing, and skiing. Jack was always a shinning light of quick wit with a tinge of sarcasm. He will be missed for his relentless energy, and his zest for life. My most sincere condolences to Jack’s wife Catherine, and his family members.
So sad to hear of Jack’s passing. We had many good years of friendship and law practice together.. May he rest in peace.
Catherine and Family,
Sorry to hear of Jack’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
I worked for Jack back in the Lutz, Westerberg, O’Leary days and had great respect for him. He was instrumental in me getting my first sports car – a Mazda RX7. He found a new one in northern Saskatchewan that had been hail damaged so I flew out and drove the car back. He was a terrific guy who has come to mind regularly over the years and I was sorry to see his obituary. My condolences to all of the family .
