I was a student of Rudy’s at Okanagan College cooking program in 1973. I learned much from him and he had a great sense of humour. I spent many years as a chef and chef instructor and have always remembered him as a great teacher
Hi I’m not sure if this will still get to you, but I was just going thru some of my dads things and found a painting. I think your Rudy painted it, in 1971. My dad was in cooking school then. If you are interested I’d like to reunite, you with it.
