January 9, 1921 — February 11, 2017
After 96 wonderful years, Ann passed peacefully Sunday, February 11, 2017, with many of her family at her side. Left to mourn her passing is her 2 sons: Len and Bill Wishlow of Kelowna and a large extended family: grandkids Cam, Kit, Kelsey, Dave, Darren, Darlene, Narda, Justin, Jeremy, great grandkids Jessica, Jordan, Sarah, Donald, Mia, Matthew, Mitchel, Curtis, Mackenzie, Keegan and Tyler and 4 great great grandchildren Payton, Aaliyah, Harley and William. Predeceased by her husband Fred Wishlow (1984) and two sons Don (1994) and Fred Wishlow (2016). Ann was born in Blain Lake, Saskatchewan, married Fred Wishlow and moved with the family of four boys from Alberta to Kelowna in 1956. Ann worked at the Kelowna General Hospital where she met many of her good friends. Known as Gramma Wishlow, her passion in life was being with all her grandkids. Her hospitality and good cooking will be missed. There will be a private family gathering at the Springfield Family Centre, followed by Ann being laid to rest with her husband Fred in the Spring. I am so sorry to hear that your mother had passed away. I enjoyed my visits with her when she came into the mall with you Len when i worked there. Your mom was a very kind and patient lady. I hope that you will manage without her. You had a very devoted mother Len. I am saddened for your loss and will and keep you in my prayers.
