We Remember
ZORETICH, Charlie
October 24, 1935 — July 1, 2020
It is with sadness and recognition of a life well lived that the family of Charlie Zoretich announces his passing following a brief illness.
He will be remembered with love and gratitude by his sisters Mary and Elsie (Mike) and his brother Frank (Leona); daughters Carlene (Tom), Lisa, and Marci (Chris); grandchildren Josh (Kayla), Adam (Chelsea), Katie, and Eli; and great-grandchildren Adrianna, Silas, Jack, Nora, Avery, and Thea. Charlie was predeceased by his parents Mike and Paulina and his beloved wife, Mary.
We thank Barbara for her companionship and care for Charlie.
Charlie will be remembered as a man of few words but could do anything he put his mind to. Born October 24, 1935, in Langley Prairie, he was a farmer, a fisherman, a hunter, a craftsman, a machinist, a carpenter, and a great father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. With a loving, kind heart, and a sense of humour, he enjoyed life to the fullest. We will all miss you.
The family wishes to extend a very special thank you KGH Palliative Care Team; your help and kind words made a difference to dad’s comfort.
Donations may be made to the Habitat Conservation Trust Foundation, HCTF.ca in lieu of flowers. If you wish to send a condolence, post photos or share a memory please scroll down the page to the area called “Condolences”.
